Need help checking or updating your software?

Our team is ready to assist. In most cases, we can carry out updates remotely. If that’s not possible for your device, we will schedule an on-site visit to ensure everything is updated correctly and running smoothly.

To help us provide the correct update, please send us the following information through our contact form or directly by email:

  • Device name/model
  • Serial number
  • Currently installed software/firmware version

Once we receive your request, we will verify the latest available version for your device and guide you through the update — or perform it for you.
